How to Make a Protein Pancake

THIS IS A COMPLETE MEAL. Organic food is the best as it has a Higher Frequency to it and the body responds at a higher frequency and will operate at a Higher Frequency

OATMEAL PROTEIN PANCAKE

1/2 CUP CHEMICAL FREE ROLLED OATS or OLD FASHIONED OATS

2-3 EGGS (best quality or organic)

1/2 CUP Cottage Cheese (make sure chemical free with no rBST/rBGH)

1 tsp REAL VANILLA

1/4 tsp SEA SALT

1 tsp STEVIA SPOONABLE (natural sweetener)

1-2 TBSP ORGANIC COCONUT OIL (will be white & solid in jar)

BLEND ALL IN A BLENDER AND POUR BATTER INTO A SMALL NONSTICK FRYING PAN (with olive oil if you want to) don't overheat so it smokes.

COOK OVER MED-HIGH HEAT MAKES 1 SERVING.

SERVE HOT WITH BUTTER OR CREAM CHEESE OR PEANUT BUTTER WITH SLIGHT SPRINKLING OF STEVIA ON TOP IF YOU WANT. BIG CHUNCK OF REAL BUTTER IS THE BEST.

DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE BATTER AND TAKE TO WORK AND EAT COLD.
